Half Dathun & Werma/Ngöndro practice intensive retreat

We invite you to a half Däthun (15 days) meditation retreat for practitioners who wish to immerse themselves in shamatha (mindfulness-awareness) practice in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition under the guidance of Shastri Wolf van Lieshout. During the program Shambhala Training levels 1-3 will be offered. Practitioners of all levels are also welcome to attend.
Simultaneously, we are offering a 2 week Ngöndro/Werma retreat for Shambhala tantrikas* to study and practice under the guidance of senior teacher Sarah Coleman.
Please note: Accommodations are limited, so please register early. While participants are encouraged to attend the full program, you may also attend for just one of the weeks, depending on room availability. Entry dates are August 1st and 8th.
The program will be held in Oikia, a hospitable past century house in the Greek tradition, just a 10 minute walk from the sea, on the picturesque island of Aegina (half hour boat trip from the port of Athens). Detailed travel information will be sent upon registration.
* Vajrayana students who have attended seminary in the Shambhala/Vajradhatu tradition are welcomed to practice Werma Sadhana or any Ngöndro.

Minimum participation: 1 week (460 Euros).
