Bravery and Death as Warrior Training
with Eric Spiegel
March 1 / 7:00 PM - March 3 / 5:30 PM
The Shambhala Buddhist teachings on death highlight the groundlessness of our lives - that they will end, and we don't know how or when. Within this potential chaos is a powerful invitation to practice awareness and discover the powerful reality of the present moment. This is also very much how we can invite auspicious richness into our lives - through contemplation and discovery of who we are and what we "know."
This will be a weekend retreat including meditation practice and teachings engaging in the reality of Death and the Warrior teachings on Bravery.
