Dön season practice
January 31 / 6:00 PM - February 9 / 7:00 PM
"Döns" refer to sudden attacks of depression, resentment, anger, or other negative emotions -- like an unpredictable flu that takes us over. In the last 10 days before the Tibetan Buddhist New Year, it is said that one can be more susceptible to dons, so it is a particularly good time to engage in working with obstacles.
This group practice consists of periods of meditation and chants.
All practice begins at 6:00 pm except Friday, February 8 which will be at 3:00 pm.
