9:30 AM - Opening Practices
10:15 - 10:30 AM - Break
10:30 - noon - Joint Scorpion Seal/Werma session
noon - 1 PM - Brown bag lunch
1 - 1:45 PM - Stroke practice
1:45 - 2 PM - Stroke practice clean-up/break
2 - 3:15 PM - Break out into Levels I-IV for discussion and practices at different levels
3:15 - 3:30 PM - Gather for joint closing and closing chants
