Beginner Tai Chi

These weekly classes are an introduction to Tai Chi.


Tai Chi is an ancient art described as moving meditation. It is a gentle, low-impact exercise suitable for participants of any age, and it is easily modified to accommodate a variety of health conditions. Its health benefits include increased flexibility, balance, coordination, and leg strength.


The suggested donation is $5.00 per class.
