Born out of the enthusiasm of the first group of refugees to take the refuge vow at SMCA, this opportunity for group practice arises!
5:30-7:00 Sitting with the Community, Main Shrine Room
7:00-8:30 Refuge practice, Small Shrine Room
8:30 +/- Light desserts & "Refuge Salon," Community Room
Pre-requisite: Having taken the Refuge Vow in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition.
Please bring: Your practice text (the small red book you received at the vow ceremony) & a light dessert to share. A limited number of texts will be available
