Learn mindfulness meditation and enjoy meditation practice and stillness in the mornings. In the afternoon you’ll enjoy free time in the beautiful surroundings of Dechen Chöling. Later in the day we offer various workshops, e.g. non-violent communication and other skills for bringing mindfulness to every moment of our daily lives.
This retreat will be taught in French. Translation into English is available upon request.
