Provides introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in everyday life. With simple instructions and the right support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of one’s life, revealing one’s innate stability, strength and clarity.


The companion weekend retreat from the Heart of Warriorship series is Shambhala Training Level I, The Art of Being Human.  It will be offered Friday and Saturday, October 18 - 19.
