Introduction to Tonglen

Tonglen is a meditation practice for developing love and compassion. Using the teachings of Chogyam Trungpa and Pema Chodron, we will learn and practice this gentle, step by step process of opening the heart and developing greater empathy for others.

Running for two consecutive Wednesdays, the class starts at 8:15pm, following our regular Wednesday evening sitting practice from 7pm to 8pm.

Prerequisite: Previous meditation experience.

Suggested donation: $20.

Preregistration is not required.
