March 16 / 5:00 PM - March 16 / 8:00 PM
The Shambhala Sadhana is a practice liturgy recently developed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a means of deepening our confidence in, as well as our personal and social connection with, Basic Goodness. How do we recognize basic goodness on the cushion or off, whether joyful or depressed, in pleasure or in pain, awake or asleep, alive or dead?
We will gather to set up for the practice at 5pm. The practice will begin at 6pm, followed by a feast a 7pm.
$10 will cover the cost of the feast; a donation to the Center is welcomed
PREREQUISITE: As a group practice, the Shambhala Sadhana is open to everyone who has received the reading transmission (lung), and taken the Enlightened Society Vow. If you have questions about the prerequisite, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
