Shamatha and Two-fold Bodhicitta practice

This evening includes sitting practice (or shamatha) and contemplation on loving kindness and compassion (the two-fold Bodhicitta practice).
This session is open to everyone, and meditation instruction is always available. If you're coming for the first time and would like meditation instruction please try to arrive by 7.30pm if possible.
