Meditation in Everyday Life -- online

In this five-week course, explore various aspects of meditation: basic instruction; establishing a meditation practice; challenges and obstacles; working with strong emotions; extending your awareness into everyday life.
Course consists of meditation instruction, informal talks and discussion. The course will be presented online and participants will be able to interact through their own cameras/microphones or by typing in comments and questions. The link to the online site will be sent to registered participants.
Cost: $75* for five Thursday evenings starting January 31st, 7:15 to 9:15 p.m.
