In this five-week course, explore various aspects of meditation:  basic instruction; establishing a meditation practice; challenges and obstacles; working with strong emotions; extending your awareness into everyday life.


Course consists of meditation instruction, informal talks and discussion. 


Cost: $75* for five Friday mornings starting March 8th, 10:30 to 12:30 (skipping March 15th)
