Relationships are delightful. Relationships are frustrating. Relationships are comforting. Relationships are baffling. Relationships are inspiring. Come discover how Mindfulness reveals relationship to be our innate human experience. Based on Acharya Susan Chapman's book The Five Keys to Mindful Communication this talk and practice session will introduce the view of Mindful Communication as a method to understand relationships. Particularly the principle of "The Three Lights" will be introduced and explored.
No experience with meditation is necessary. Instruction will be part of the talk itself.
