Sitting meditation and first-time meditation instruction is offered as part of our Wednesday evening Open House program. All are invited and newcomers are especially welcome. No previous experience is required. Please wear something confortable for sitting cross legged. (Cushions and chairs are also available). Instruction is followed by tea & cookies and a talk by one of our senior students. Discussion on how to apply meditation in everyday life may follow the talk.
(Another opportunity for meditation instruction is our Learn to Meditate program on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month)
