 Sadhana of Mahamudra
December 31 / 5:00 PM - December 31 / 7:30 PM
The Sadhana was written by Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche in 1963 when he was on retreat in Bhutan. It is a powerful practice about the revival of Buddhist practice to combat the growth of materialism in our world. So it's a good way to start the new year. Here's a link to more about the Sadhana of Mahamudra on the Chronicles Project and to an image of Dorje Trollo (red person in the middle) -- who appears in the Sadhana.
We will start practice at 5:00 and eat at 6:30 and clean up at 7:00 so that you can plan to be on your way to whatever you want to do next by 7:30! Everyone is welcome. Bring something to share! If you'd like to come, let Chuck Griffith know or enroll in the program so we know how many cushions to set up.
