From June 12 – 23,2013, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche will preside over a garchen or “great encampment” in which Scorpion Seal Assemblies III, IV, and V will take place separately and simultaneously. This will create a potent mandala of practice, study, and celebration of the Scorpion Seal path. The Sakyong’s will give the key teachings and transmissions at Scorpion Seal Assembly V, but he will also visit to give teaching to SSA III and SSA IV.
It is not necessary to apply to the Shambhala Office of Practice and Education in order to attend a Scorpion Seal Assembly Year 3, 4, or 5 in 2013. Shambhala Mountain Center will verify that you have previously attended a Scorpion Seal Assembly Year 2, 3, or 4 when you register.
Scorpion Seal Assembly III
Open to participants who have already completed SSA II and the practice requirements for SSA III.
If you have already completed SSA III, and wish to repeat it, Shambhala Mountain Center, along with the other land centers, are offering a SSA III “repeater rate”. Please register over the phone for this option.

Scorpion Seal Assembly IV
