Sunday Morning Sitting & Posture Training

Sunday sitting is the time that the community gathers to practice together.


For the last hour, from 10:45 to 11:45 we will have siting posture training as given to Chuck Griffith, followed by the closing chants.


Much in the way that our minds acquire habitual patterns, so do our bodies. The goal of this training is to find our natural posture though a very simple practice called Constructive Relaxation.


Chuck received this training at a dathun last November. It has its roots in Alexander Technique that was created to help actors find the right posture for their performances. We will use it for sitting posture.
