Shambhala Training Level 4: Awakened Heart

This is the fourth weekend retreat of the Way of Shambhala path of training. It pairs well with the course Fearlessness in Everyday Life (FIEL starting Jan.30/2013; 5 Wednesdays)

Prerequisite: Level 3 weekend retreat
