Contentment in Everyday Life

The Contentment in Everyday Life course covers two main areas:

  • how meditation can help to introduce some contentment and space into our minds and our lives;  learning/reviewing meditation technique

  • in particular, exploring how we relate with struggle and pain -- what keeps us 'fighting with life'?  by seeing that more clearly, we can develop a new relationship with the ups and downs of life

Course consists of talks, discussion, meditation practice and contemplations, with emphasis on how it can be meaningful and helpful in the day-to-day stress and chaos of life.

Five Monday evenings 7:15 to 9:15 starting March 4th.
