Join us on this Wednesday evening at 8:15 pm for a talk and discussion about practicing meditation.

Bring your thoughts, observations, and inspiration.

If you would like to prepare for this discussion, recommended readings are: "Why Meditate?" in Turning the Mind into an Ally by Sakyong Mipham and chapters six and seven of The Path is the Goal: A Basic Handbook of Meditation by Chogyam Trungpa.

This event is part of our regular Wednesday evening program which includes group sitting from 7pm to 8pm. Meditation instruction is also offered at 7pm.
