Program Details

Sunday Cafe open meditation & Drala walk

We will begin with open sitting meditation at 10:00 am followed by an informal presentation on Drala principle followed by group discussion. Around noon a light lunch will be provided. The event will culminate in a caravan trip to Rocky River Nature Center (24000 Valley Parkway, North Olmsted) for a drala walk. "When you invoke drala, you begin to experience basic goodness reflected everywhere-in yourself, in others, and in the entire world ... you begin to view the universe as sacred world."

For those who do not want to walk any distance but still want to participate, we will direct you to a small parking lot very near where we will be headed.

There is no set cost for this program although donations are cheerfuly accepted.
