We are excited to welcome Shastri Samten Kobelt to Adelaide to teach Level V. Shastri Kobelt is a senior Shambhala teacher and a Qi Gong instructor trained by Taoist lineage holder, Eva Wong. He has been a meditation practitioner since 1986 and a teacher since 2002. Samten is co-director of Marpa House, an urban Shambhala practice residence in Boulder, Colorado. In addition to this role he also enjoys teaching body-centered mindfulness practice including Shamatha Yoga, contemplative dance and Qi Gong.
