An evening of sitting and walking meditation....
Beginner meditation instruction is offered from 6:00 to 6:30;
then we offer the meditation hall to meditators - beginner to advanced.
This is a simple and pleasureable opportunity to deepen our meditation practice quietly and peacefully. Please join us!
