Sunday Evening Open House

Our weekly open house includes meditation instruction, meditation practice, a reading from a dharma book and discussion. This is the perfect program for beginners and those wanting to connect to other practitioners and to learn more about our Shambhala Meditation Group.  Tea and cookies are served.

Time:  Sunday evening from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Location:  Palm Beach Shamabhala, 1660 Southern Blvd., Suites D&E, West Palm Beach, FL  33406

Note:  On February 10th, our open house hours are 2 pm to 7 pm as we begin to celebrate Shambhala Day (see description in regular event listing)
