March 27 / 7:00 PM - March 27 / 9:00 PM
Tonight's program will include an audio recording of a talk by senior teacher Russell Rogers. In this 30 minute talk, Russell speaks about the whys and hows of a regular meditation practice. He suggests some very concrete steps one can take to get us to the meditation cushion on a more consistent basis.
The talk will be followed by live discussion and refreshments.

Our Open House Shambhala Dharma Night program is a great entry point for newcomers and suitable for meditation students at all levels of experience. It offers a friendly introduction to meditation practice, Shambhala Buddhist teachings and our community. Everyone is welcome, and participation is free of charge.
