Registration for this course is now closed.
This course asks the question, “Who am I?” and explores the sense of self. We practice contemplative investigations of the self, based on the foundations of mindfulness.

Intended for both new and seasoned meditators, the Basic Goodness series introduces the view of Shambhala in an experiential way.
