Shambhala Center offers meditation sessions on Monday evenings in Bellevue. Everyone is welcome. Perfect for both beginners and established meditators.

  • 7:00 pm:  Meditation instruction for those new to meditation

  • 7:00 – 7:45 pm:  Meditation

  • 7:45 – 8:45 pm:  Talk and discussion
