 Essential Heart of Kasungship
with Lulu Strongheart & Mark Curtin

This program is an introductory course to the profound teachings and practice of the Dorje Kasung. The Dorje Kasung are a service organization within Shambhala, as well as a dedicated path of mediation in action that leads to personal and societal transformation.
Classes will be comprised of short talks followed by discussion and a chance to get hands-on experience. Please to come to the program in "town uniform": gray pants, white shirt, blue/black jacket, black socks and black shoes and either a kasung or a Shambhala pin. Attendance on all 5 days is strongly encouraged
