Inside Mindfulness: A Practical Guide
Mindfulness as the ability to live fully in the present moment is increasingly recognized as essential to well-being. Without it we miss out on our lives. The richness, magic and energy of our thoughts, emotions and perceptions become available to us if we can attend to them appreciatively as they arise. This month we will explore how and why we might chose to develop our innate capacity to be fully present for all that life has to offer.
