Joy In Everyday Life in Brunswick Evenings
April 22 / 6:30 PM - May 20 / 8:30 PM
Joy In Everyday Life expands the meditation experience by cultivating the noble-heart of the mahayana teachings, opening the path to the virtue and celebration of compassion. Through practical methods, we further develop kindness toward ourselves and others. We emphasize the joy and invigoration that comes from discipline-- the qualities of cheerfulness, health, and freedom from doubt.

It also offers a glimpse of the Shambhala vision of enlightened society by emphasizing the ways in which meditation can impact our daily lives, and from there how the sanity of meditation can expand to impact our whole society.
