What recent Level 2 students have said:

"Very positive experience, helped a lot for my practice."

"I can't think of anyone who would not benefit from this."

"Such a powerful tool for personal growth."

Prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level I

In Level II, we use meditation practice to observe more directly how our habitual fear and anxiety can lose its power when confronted directly, in an atmosphere of gentleness. We begin to appreciate that there is no fundamental obstacle to experiencing basic goodness.

Just like Level I, this weekend includes individual and group meditation instruction, teachings by a senior director, and opportunities to socialize with fellow participants.
