Through the practice of mindfulness meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.
Introduction Weekend with mindfulness meditation, talks, interviews with a meditation instructor, and group discussions.
The programme starts Saturday morning at 9.00 with breakfast and ends on Sunday afternoon around 16.30. Meals are provided. You may want to arrive on Friday night and/or stay until Monday if you have long travels. Please indicate that during your registration. Cost per night is 35 Euro including full board.
