Everyday routines for finding stillness in movement and empowering sitting meditation practice... Gardner Murphy will offer simple exercises in the Taoist/Buddhist tradition joining Heaven and Earth energies in the context of the body.


Gardner Murphy is a long-time student of the Shambhala lineage. He has been practicing hatha yoga since high school, and more recently Shamatha Yoga. In recent years he has practiced in several Taiji and Qigong traditions and diligently practices the Yang style 108 form.
