Family Sunday

Often it is difficult for parents of young children to meditate, especially in a group with others.  

On the first Sunday of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm parents are invited to bring their children for free child care so that the parents can join other practitioners in meditation in an adjoining room.  A meditation instructor is also available.   This happens at the Shambhala Center in Eagle Rock, 963 Colorado, Los Angeles, 90041.
