Contentment In Everyday Life

Through practice we come to know the peace and contentment of meditation, which can continue throughout our life. Arrogance and our habitual discursive minds agitate and distract us from basic contentment. In this class we practice the means to counter these obstacles using patience and gentleness to ourselves and others.
This class is open to the public and the first class will include instruction in basic meditation.
If you are interested in in further classes in the Way of Shambhala, such as Joy in Everyday Life, or Fearlessness in Everyday Life, please note that this class is a prerequisite for all subsequent classes in the Way of Shambhala.
