 Children's Day
December 16 / 10:00 AM - December 16 / 1:30 PM
Children's Day is our annual celebration of the life and light that brightens up the darkest time of the year. With candle-making, play, gifts, blessings, and our magical king and queen, this is a family event (which means everybody)! Children may bring a gift from nature, discovered outdoors, to place on the Children's shrine - something that has an appealing smell, feeling, appearance or makes and interesting sound.
A festive pot-luck lunch will be shared at noon. Please bring dishes, beverages or desserts your children love (anything that does not include peanuts)
There will also be optional activities offered before Children's Day so everyone can get to know one another. All are welcome to join. Please email Marcelle Gilkerson at marcellesque@yahoo.com for more details.
