Introduction to Shambhala Meditation: A One-Day Retreat in Fremont, OH

Please join us as we take a day in Fremont working with mindfulness and awareness meditation, teachings on the basic goodness of existence, and talks and discussions on meditation and creating enlightened society.

This one-day mediation retreat will be taught by Richard Weiner, a senior teacher in the Shambhala tradition of meditation in action.

This retreat will be held at 212 S. Park Ave. in Fremont on Saturday, December 8th, from 10 AM until 4 PM. Lunch is included. The phone number there is 419-332-4722.

We are asking for a $30, tax-deductible donation to cover costs, but please do not let finances keep you from participating.
