It's All Good: An Under-40 Retreat

with Nicholas Kranz
January 26 / 10:00 AM - January 27 / 4:00 PM

This weekend retreat will be an opportunity to learn to meditate and talk with others who are also interested in a culture of mindfulness, goodness, openness, and wakefulness. We will practice meditation and explore how the mind of meditation can be brought to our everyday life, including work, school, and our relationships. This is also a chance to understand the unique challenges that face us as we come into our adult lives and discover how to cultivate our inherent wisdom in order to live a sane and meaningful life in today's world.

Nicholas Kranz has been practicing and studying meditation for fifteen years, and teaching meditation for nine years in a variety of settings — including Shambhala Centers, universities and hospitals, adult education and investment firms. He is the founder of Mindful in the Midst, which offers on-site training in mindfulness meditation for organizations and individuals. Nicholas is a student of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and lives and works in Boston, MA.
