Who Am I? The Basic Goodness of Being Human
with Kalapa Acharya Adam Lobel
This first course in the new Basic Goodness Series focuses on the sense of self. It includes teachings on basic goodness, selflessness, the arising of ego and the five skandhas, cocoon, buddha nature, and the confidence of warriorship. We will practice contemplative investigations of the self based upon the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness.
Each course will consist of six pre-recorded classes and one live Q & A. This is a Way of Shambhala II class for those interested in pursuing advanced programs in Shambhala.

Suggested donation: $60 or $10/drop-in
To obtain credit for the course please register online or at the first class. You are welcome to attend any of the classes for your own enlightenment without registering.
