Junior Sangha Dharma and Social Gathering

 The larger Birmingham Shambhala Meditation Community is hosting a monthly gathering for Teenagers Ages 11 - 14+

We will meet for brief meditation and dharma discussion (as it relates to participants’ lives), then spend about an hour socializing (group pizza, bowling, movie nights). This program will be shaped by the concerns and interests of the participants.
