Meek and Perky

with Scott Perkins & Chris Montone
March 22 / 7:00 PM - March 24 / 6:00 PM

At this point in the Sacred Path, The Four Dignities (Meek, Perky, Outrageous, and Inscrutable) engage a warrior's maturing and widening sphere of benevolent engagement in the world. The training allows one to maintain awareness and delight at each stage.

Meek, symbolized by the tiger, is the first of the four dignities.  Meek entails developing a grounded, humble, and gentle precision of a warrior's journey. Here one trains to overcome arrogance—the primary obstacle to learning.

Perky, symbolized by the lion, is the second of the four dignities.  Perky focuses on cultivating sharp, vibrant, and uplifted energy through natural discipline. Overcoming the trap of doubt, the warrior of perky is able to accomplish his or her activities with a sense of nobility and ease.

Prerequisite: Drala

Please Note:  The 'Four Dignities' source book will be distributed during the weekend, and its cost is included in the price of this program.  Participants will continue to use this source book in the Outrageous and Inscrutable program and beyond.
