Brilliant Sanity: A Course of Healing in Contemplative Psychology
with Melissa Moore
March 11 / 7:00 PM - April 8 / 9:00 PM
Contemplative Psychology is a path of self-healing and personal transformation by exploring our relationship with space and discovering the innate potency of our hearts. We will explore the foundation principles and practices of contemplative psychology:
- Sanity is our birthright
- The Practice of Compassionate Exchange and the Five Buddha Families
- The Inseparability of Wisdom and Confusion
This course combines meditation, short talks and experiential work. Two private interviews with Acharya Moore are included in the course. Participants work in a safe container of confidentiality with the poignant issues in their lives. This course is not intended as therapy – more a study group for awakening to our brilliant sanity.
There will be optional sitting meditation before each class beginning at 6:30.
The course is appropriate for beginning to advanced meditators.
As always, the Generosity Policy applies.
