Wednesday Group Sitting Meditation
December 19 / 7:30 PM - December 19 / 8:30 PM
Group meditation practice. All are welcome. Starting at 7:30 pm, sitting for 15 mins, then walking for 5 mins, sitting for 15mins, walking for 5 mins, and ending with a 2o min sit. Please drop by. For those new to meditaition please drop by at 6:45 pm for an introduction.
All group meditation and instruction is free of charge. Donations of any value are gratefully accepted but not expected.
