 Monday Night Open House

Open House offers sitting meditation, followed most Monday evenings by tea and an introductory talk related to meditation.. Suitable for those who are new to meditation, as well as all others.

Monday night Open House schedule:
6:30 Free Meditation Instruction (just show up -- someone will meet you to offer instruction)
7-7:45pm - Sitting/Walking Meditation
7:45-8 - Announcements and Tea Break
8-8:40pm - Introductory Talk (suggested donation: $5)

Never let cost be an obstacle to participating in any Bellingham Shambhala activity. Please pay what you can, and feel free to ask about work-study for any event or class.
