Wisdom In Everyday Life
with Shelley Heinz
October 29 / 7:00 PM - November 26 / 9:00 PM
Designed as a companion to Level V: Open Sky, Wisdom in Everyday Life is the final class in the Way of Shambhala I curriculum. In this course, we study the unwavering warrior, whose confidence is unconditional and playful.
Students receive practical instructions for transforming confused emotions and situations into effective actions. No longer deterred or depressed by obstacles, we can include everything as part of the path. The challenges of daily life become opportunities for both contemplative practice and social action.
Here the practitioner is introduced to the Vajrayana teachings of Tibetan Buddhism.
Note: Fearlessness in Everyday Life is a prerequisite to this program. If you have completed the Sacred Path programs, you have fulfilled the prerequisite for this class.
Teacher’s gifts are cheerfully accepted and can be one way to show appreciation for the teacher as well as a way to support their ongoing teaching.
