Sitting practice and shamatha yoga

Shamatha Yoga, a non-strenuous type of yoga designed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche for the Shambhala tradition. This simple series of postures are designed to develop mindfulness as well as loosen the body during breaks from formal sitting meditation.


The evening will include sitting practice and shamatha yoga. If coming for the first time please arrive by 7.30pm (or before 7.45pm) meditation instruction.
