Family Days Children's Program

We are delighted to offer our "Family Days Children's Program" on the third Sunday of each month from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. The program coincides with our regular Sunday morning group meditation practice. 

Members of our Sangha have volunteered to provide supervision and childcare. The program includes a Shambhala children’s activity (such as an art project) and also includes meditation instruction designed for children.  The children will also be invited to practice with us in the shrine room for the last ten minutes of our group practice.

Parents are encouraged to bring their children or grandchildren and participate. Take this opportunity to come to the Sonoma Shambhala Center for meditation practice and to share this experience with your children or grandchildren.
