Shambhala Training Level III: Warrior in the World
with Ira Rechtshaffer
March 8 / 7:00 PM - March 10 / 6:00 PM
Developing fearlessness by examining our habitual tendencies, we are willing to experience our life without relying on the cocoon. We begin to engage the world directly and extend the attitude of fearlessness to our activities.
“Warriorship is a continual journey. To be a warrior is to learn to be genuine in every moment of your life.” — Chögyam Trungpa, Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior.

As part of the year-long Way of Shambhala curriculum, this Level III is followed by a five-week course entitled 'Joy in Everyday Life' which will begin on Sunday, April 15th. While the weekend level emphasizes a deeper experience of meditation, the Joy course emphasizes how to apply the teachings to our experience in everyday life.
