Facing Our Obstacles with Gentleness and Strength
The period leading up to the Shambhala new year is traditionally seen as a time of increased challenge, attack, fear and anxiety.  For the practitioner, this is a rich time of opportunity for discovering warriorship.  With bravery we can revitalize body and mind, opening up the sky of possibilities, and meet our experience with unconditional goodness.

Live from Halifax! Shambhala Online is offering a monthly Shambhala Sadhana Event. This is an opportunity for people to gather with their centres or groups and practice the Shambhala Sadhana together online. The 90-minute program also allows time for a brief presentation and Q&A with a Shambhala acharya or shastri. In order to practice with a group, you have to have taken the Enlightened Society vow and received the lung and Sun Transmission as prerequisites.
